Wilderness is right down the road in Cayce, SC at Congaree Creek Heritage Preserve. This wetland sits in the Congaree watershed and is a host to all kinds of wildlife including almost 200 species of birds. We'll be walking the Timmerman Trail, a paved 3.5 mile long walking path, looking for early Spring migrant birds and as well as year round residents.
