Are you ready to visit number one birdwatching destination in South Carolina? Huntington Beach State Park has had 338 species of birds documented residing or passing through its grounds. Winter is a great time to visit as many birds are spending the winter along the warm SC coast or in the various freshwater impoundments. There's also a jetty on the beach home to very charismatic weasels called Minks! This adventure will see you join Captain Zach as we walk to various hotspots in the park where we can see a plethora of birds & wildlife. If you're looking to build your Life List, you won't want to miss out on this Carolina Safari!

Itinerary
We will meet in the small parking lot off of Seahorse Dr at 9am. Captain Zach will be standing in the parking lot to greet you & check you in upon arrival. There will be restrooms available in the park at various destinations. After everyone checks in, we'll make our way to various destinations within the park to look for birds & wildlife. You’re welcome to bring cameras and take pictures. After checking all of the pre-determined hotspots (~4-5hrs later), we’ll disperse for the day and head home.

Guests who arrive late will be left behind and unable to receive a refund.

In the unlikely event of inclement weather, we may cancel or postpone the trip the day prior to departure and will call the number you provided on your reservation to let you know. If a trip is cancelled before we embark we will try to reschedule your trip for a later date or offer you a full refund. We can't control the weather, but we can make sure you get the best experience possible.
Cancellation Policy
We require 5 DAYS NOTICE to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund. If you cancel within the 5 day period, you will not be refunded.
